In 2008, the town of Winchester submitted a proposal to PlanNH for design assistance. The proposal committee was seeking help in making decisions about how to improve the appearance of the town in order to attract new businesses. Of twelve applications submitted, Winchester’s application was one of three accepted for a Charrette.
